All sales are final. Because our items are produced in limited quantities and many pieces are made through pre-orders, Ku’uipo Wear does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kuuipowear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it.

Ku'uipo Wear reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that do not meet these conditions.
